On June 10th, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement carried out the largest workplace raid in Nebraska under the current administration, detaining 74 immigrant Nebraskans and tearing them from their jobs, families, and community.
In response, OTOC leaders have been working tirelessly as part of a local rapid response team, offering critical support and resources to those impacted. This week, our faith leaders brought together nearly 200 immigrants and allies for an Interfaith Prayer Vigil to pray for justice, compassion, and to find power through solidarity.
