We join the greater community today in mourning the passing of Rev. Dennis Hamm, SJ, Ph.D who passed away peacefully on Sunday, Nov. 19, at the St. Camillus Jesuit retirement community in Milwaukee, WI. He was 87 years old. 

Father Dennis Hamm was an early and faithful supporter of Omaha Together One Community. As a member of St. John's OTOC core team, Father Dennis provided insight and advocacy for many issues, but was especially engaged with environmental, land usage, and food availability concerns. An outstanding scripture scholar and author of books and articles on the New Testament, Father Dennis helped OTOC members see the social justice implications of their efforts.
